Cavaña is an ode to Central and South America. It’s an exploration of the flavors, culture, and heritage found throughout Latin America. With a firm focus on ingredient-driven cocktails, our bar highlights the synergy between innovation and authentic flavors.
WHAT IS CAVAÑA?
The name Cavaña comes from two of Latin America's most iconic spirits: Agave + Caña. Together, they represent the roots and rituals of a region defined by bold flavors and rich traditions.
From the earthy complexity of mezcal and tequila to the raw energy of rum and cachaça, Cavaña is a tribute to the plants that shape our spirits and the people who craft them.
